"Rock With Ambition" Official rules:
One prize shall be awarded of one 5 song download PIN code. PIN code has a retail value of up to $6.45. No cash value, promotional use only, non-transferable.

To be eligible to win the Facebook contest, contestants must like Ambition Branding Inc.'s Facebook page ( www.facebook.com/AmbitionBrand ) and share the Facebook posts / images associated with the Rock With Ambition Contest.
Contest ends Monday June 12, 2017. One prize draw of a five song PIN code will be drawn by random selection from Facebook entries.
To be eligible to win the Twitter contest, contestants must follow Ambition Branding Inc.'s Twitter account ( https://twitter.com/ambitionbrand ) and retweet the image / tweet associated with the Rock With Ambition Contest.
Contest ends Monday June 12, 2017. One prize draw of a five song PIN code will be drawn by random selection from Facebook entries.
Winner must download songs from our online music store at www.megamusicstore.ca/ambitionbrand
Codes must be downloaded from a desktop or laptop computer.
Song PIN codes expire on July 30 2017.

Rock With Ambition Contest is in no way associated with, sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Twitter nor any of their affiliates.

By entering a Contest, each entrant fully releases Ambition Branding Inc., its affiliates, prize suppliers and any other entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the applicable Contest from all liability of any kind relating to the Contest or his/her participation therein, including, without limitation, any liability related to: (i) any failure of the a website; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any entry or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in a Contest; and/or (v) any combination of the above.


By entering a Contest by means of a Social Media network (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) entrants completely release any such Social Media network of all liability in relation to his/her participation in the applicable Contest. Entrants acknowledge that the applicable Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Media network(s) and that any questions, comments or complaints regarding any Contest should be directed to Ambition Branding Inc. and not to Social Media network(s).


Ambition Branding Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend a Contest or to amend these General Contest Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason, in the opinion of Ambition Branding Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion, a Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, mechanical manipulation or any other causes beyond its control, Ambition Branding Inc. reserves its right to amend, cancel or suspend the applicable Contest and/or conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, Ambition Branding Inc. reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.


Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

By entering a Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Ambition Branding Inc., its partners, sponsors, Social Media networks where contests occur, administrators, and all respective officers, directors, employees or representatives from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in the Contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. Ambition Branding Inc., its partners, sponsors, Social Media networks where contests occur, administrators, and all respective officers, directors, employees or representatives disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected to a Contest.


Awarding of Prize(s)

Each potential prize winner authorizes Ambition Branding Inc. to post their name, photograph, likeness or social media nickname in connection with any promotion and/or Contest at no additional compensation, beyond the awarding of or participation in the applicable prize, accepts the applicable prize as offered and releases Ambition Branding Inc. from any and all liability of any kind relating to the Contest and his/her receipt and use or misuse of the applicable prize.


Odds of Winning:

For Contests held on Social Media, the odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest period.
